For new customers, Ford Credit is offering a program that gives the option to delay the first payment for 90 days when purchasing a new vehicle.

If you have purchased or leased a Ford vehicle through Ford Credit and are having difficulty making payments, please contact Ford Credit to discuss your options. You can access your account at accountmanager.ford.com or through the FordPass app. You can also visit www.fordcreditsupport.com or call a special hotline at 1-800-723-4016 to discuss payment options.
